BrainTap Sessions
Create focused time for calm with a guided light-and-sound relaxation experience designed for rest, mindfulness, and mental reset.
WHAT THE SESSION IS
BrainTap combines guided audio with rhythmic light delivered through a headset and visor. Depending on the program selected, the experience may include visualization, breathing cues, mindset-focused guidance, or quiet relaxation while you rest comfortably.
WHY CLIENTS EXPLORE IT
Clients may choose BrainTap when they want dedicated time for relaxation, meditation, mindset practice, stress-management support, or a quieter transition out of a busy day. It can also complement the reflective exercises presented in Healing From Within.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The team explains the equipment and helps you settle into a relaxation pod, chair, or reclined position. You put on the headset and follow the selected session. You can pause or stop at any time if you feel uncomfortable.
HOW TO PREPARE AND DISCUSS SUITABILITY
Choose a time when you can avoid rushing immediately afterward. Tell the team about seizure history, light sensitivity, brain injury, medications, or other concerns that could affect your comfort with rhythmic light or sensory stimulation. Ask a qualified licensed professional about suitability when appropriate.
